i voted for love hina..love hina is way better in terms of plot, character development etc.I know that Negima has a better graphics but story-wise, it sucks. Lots of pedophile, childish, lacks of maturity in relationships, humour also not funny..I mean without the magic, it would be the worst anime..Unlike Love Hina which has a better quality in its time, and has relevance in real life, it has rarely no fantasy added but still, in general, any ages can relate to it. What i dont want in love hina is that they did not follow the manga..If only it is the same as the manga, it would be one of the best anime of all time.. 😃

since the field trip arc it got better than love hina and the school festival arc was more epic than love hina could ever be.
i saw the anime of both some years ago. i dropped the love hina anime after some eps, but the mahou sensei negima anime (the first season without ecch) made me read the manga. i was really suprised when i saw the differences. i wasn´t very familar with ecchi back then.
love hina is something to laugh about, but negima is something to stay up and take an all-nighter for it

i think both of them are good
but
I got dissapointed with negima when it turned out that every girl in his class had godlike powers and that in turn made the first 100[+Something] chapters very questionable

I tried reading Love Hina but every time I see Keitaro on a page, I just want to punch my screen. Plus Negima has Kotarou and Negi haha. And I just like action much better.

im a action fan so im chosing negima. i read all the chapters of it and i loked how it went from comical eechi to awsome action. but i personally think nagi is sorta too wimpy for a main character, doesnt matter if hes 10 or not.

I can't choose. They're both great in different ways. I don't understand why you didn't put a "they both rock" when you put a "they both suck". It defeats the purpose of putting that last option if you don't have the opposite option.
Love Hina is great when it comes to romance and comedy. Negima does action and fantasy really well while focusing more on the harem aspect instead of the romance. They're both great manga but their strengths lie in different genres, therefore it doesn't make sense to compare them.
