From watching so many anime with the original VA I came to fell in love with their voices as I fell in love with the characters like:
Jun Fukuyama who I start to notice because he's the VA of Watanuki Kimihiro in xxxHolic, Lelouch Lamperouge in Code Geass, Tokidoki Rikugō in Amatsuki, Kraft Lawrence in Spice in Wolf, and to my great surprise Grell in Kuroshitsuji. I like the way it goes from naive high school boy, evil master mind to naughty shinigami!

Takehito Koyasu which is one of the most proliferate VA, and I notice that most the character he's the VA seems to have girl trouble some way or another. My favorite character he's the VA for are:
Nougami Neuro in Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, Hotohori in Fushigi Yuugi

Takahiro Sakurai who has such a cool voice when he did the one of Medecine Seller in Mononoke, Yu Kanda in D.Gray-man, haruka in Tactics, Shito Tachibana in Zombie-Loan and Alzeido in Hanteko Yugi. I don't really like or hate his voice when he did Yuri Shibuya in Kyou Kara Maou, Takamine Kiyomaro in Konjiki no Gash Bell, Suzaku Kururugi in Code Geass.

Akira Ishida who I fell in love with his voice because Cho Hakkai in Saiyuki, Xellos in Slayers, and Chrono and Chrno Crusade.

Junichi Suwabe who voice Shirogane in Monochrome Factor always crack me up also as the Undertaker in Kuroshitsuji.

Kappei Yamaguchi who for the first time I heard him was when he did Inuyasha's voice who I did find quite annoying in the beginning but got use to it quickly. He also voice Shinichi Kudou and Kaito Kid in Detective Conan.

Some female VA who does both female and male characters:
Mitsuki Saiga who did Wolfram in Kyou Kara Maou.
Megumi Hayashibara VA of Haibara Ai in Detective Conan.
Ikue Ohtani VA of Mitsuhiko.

There is so many talented VA both Japanese and English, and they contribute greattly to the persona of the character.
So I am sure a lot of you when reading a manga hope that such and such VA would be good doing that character voice if it never turn into an anime. 😀

The teachere from Ichigo Mashimaru anime had such a nice voice... (the one that abused his poor student)

I have the Kugimiya disease, so let's start by putting Kugimiya Rie in first. She's well known for voicing tsundere loli characters like Shana, Nagi, Louise Taiga etc.

Tanaka Rie, who's an amazing singer as well. She voiced for some of my favourite characters such as Chi (Chobits), Lacus (Gundam Seed), Yomi (Azumanga), Mitsuki (Dual!) and Maria (HnG), Tsukiumi (Sekirei)

Takahiro Sakurai voiced for my childhood hero, so he holds a special place in my heart.

Kawasumi Ayako - She has such a sweet calming voice. One of my all time favourite ever since I was young. She voices for: Saber (FSN)[...oh dear god, saber...], Ruriko Ikusawa, Mahoro, Aoi (Ai Yori Aoshi), Koishi Herikawa (Onegai Sensei), Fuu (Samurai Champloo), Kazumi Yoshida, Henrietta (ZnT. Henrietta...drool), Musubi (Sekirei)

Jun Fukuyama (JunJun~<3) Watanuki Kimihiro, Lelouch Lemperouge, Lawrence. Need I say more?

Yukana - C.C, Tessa (FMP), Kazehana (Sekirei), Reina (Groove Adventure Rave), Kotoko (Chobits)

Koshimizu Ami!!~ Kallen, Anemone, Tenma Tsukamoto...I just love her voice...

Yuko Goto. Her voice is just so...moé nosebleeds and her RL character is just awesome! xD

Jun Fukuyama. He has a really good range. He has voiced roles where at first I didn't recognize it was him.

Quinton Flynn -Reno Final Fantasy VII, Axel KH

Well, I'll always be a fan of Morikawa Toshiyuki (Dante in Devil May Cry, Sephiroth in FFVII, Ran Shuuei in Saiunkoku Monogatari, Takumi in NANA and so on). He's got the most wonderful voice, especially when playing evil or slightly wicked characters. I get goosebumps every time I hear him in an anime.

As for English I like Crispin Freeman (Alucard in the 13 episode TV animation of Hellsing).

My least favourite... I suppose that is Araki Kae (doing the voice of Miaka in Fushigi Yuugi). I get goosebumps when I hear that as well, but for a completely different reason than when I hear Morikawa. Can a voice get more annoying? (although it could be because the character in itself is horrifyingly annoying)

Rene García for neutral spanish dubs, doing: Vegeta, Hanamichi, and others for anime, and doing the dubbed version of Family Guy playing Stewie...

Noto Mamiko for girls. Absolutely brilliant when it comes to formal speech, and she's not a terrible singer either. I particularly liked her as Asagami Fujino- I thought that performance was near-perfect.

Otherwise Wakamoto is Wakamoto. End of story.

As a sidenote, I like Kugimiya Rie in roles like Matsudaira Touko, but I can't stand her loli-tsundere voice.
