I personally recommend-

Silent Butterfly- The story of a sexually repressed, sadistic man who took captive of a young girl from the streets. GREAT CHEMISTRY!

Body Language!- A guy who's stranded with a mute girl on an island. Again, great interaction between the characters. The art strangely reminds me of Sadamoto Yoshiyuki!

Fairy Gone Garden- A blind man looking for his missing daughter.

Musa- Best netorare manga ever. Very very sad and dramatic.

Guilty- Read the 2-part series on 'Sex addict', a whore tells the story of her childhood. (Lolicon genre, but it has a realistic take on child sexual abuse)

Dark Age (AZUMA Kenji)- Definitely unique. Reminds me of Mephisto. The one-shot about the executor and the prisoner is very touching. There's a couple of good medieval themed stories in this manga.

Evergreen- Best incest manga. It does have some flaws (typical hentai sex scenes) but I love how the mangaka dealt with the incest theme here.

Shoujo Material- Just read my reviews on this manga. DON'T MISS READING THIS.

Evangelion dj - Re-Take- if you're an evangelion fan, be sure not to miss this!

Maru Imo!?- the sex scenes are very very engaging. You'll see. [No Yuri!! It's misleading]

Karada no Koi - Read 'Feeler'. (Brother sister incest)
Midara na Soshitsu - My adorable Sister (Brother sister incest)

Hoshigari!- Read the two-part story on 'Passion' and 'Howl', it's a story about a sexually stoic girl who seek sexual excitement after being raped by her own uncle. Both characters are very-very...twisted in their own way.

Bug (Nagare Ippon)..Still on-going but it has potential. It's about 3 characters, the girl and her boy friend. And the boyfriend's close friend who ended up stalking, raping and blackmailing his friend's girlfriend. The thing I like about this manga is that the girl actually feels traumatized by the rape even when she enjoyed it. I love the tension when the girl interact with her rapist.
