I started reading manga around 2005, and I was trying to keep track of it by notepad and stuff.. It failed. But I found this site when I was searching for manga two years back, and registered. I didn't even know there was any lists until after I joined. Haha.

Simple, to keep track of the manga I've read.

i was looking for a certain manga. i found it and saw all of the useful things this site had to offer (lists, cool people, etc.)

at first only because of the list feature.I didn't post (or rarely) in the first months I was here. I only started posting for like a month or two.

At first for the list, then for the releases and I'm now discovering that this site is, generally, really fun and usefull 😀

well, since its the biggest manga related site i know, which also involves giving references, links, and information which was organized really well...

the main reason was that there was this one guy who really annoyed me to hell in one of the threads i just happen to read, and i really wanted to say something to him about him, and the only way was to sign up for this site ^ ^... and talking in threads became a habit, lol...

i was looking for a new manga series to read and i found this site. I tried it out and found several series so i signed up. 😀

Irish+French= Drunken painter?

I was looking for scans (obviously) for a certain manga (forget which one) and it led me here. At first I looked around, I quickly realized it's not a scan site -- the rules are a very good place to start -- then the lists got me intrigued. Unfortunately I couldn't use them until I joined, so I joined and got to use the lists 😀

After I joined and I got accustomed to the site I started going on the forums more, I'm more a lurker and only post on random spam topics but I read a lot of the posts and stuff, whatever caught my eye.

It's easy to use and has tons of information. It sorta like IMDB, except the manga version. I also joined to post a comment on a particular manga I can't remember. Other than that, the lists are an amazing feature.
