I like muscles, they are a work of art made up with efforts (maybe athletes' muscles, not a wrestler's or a bodybuilder's, sure they still are muscles, but they kinda creep me out). Normal yaoi doesn't have that. Bara, the opposite, has over the top muscular sumo wrestling men. Basically, I'm looking for some yaoi that has tall, athlete-level-muscular men. Can you guys help me with that a bit please?

@Angrierthanyou thanks for the recommendation but the uke is still too girly for my taste. I like it when theyre equally muscular. The uke looks like a girl in viewfinder

Umm hmmm you may like some Sakira or Kijima hyougo as long as you don't mind smut or Mentaiko which is /considered/ bara but tends to be on the tame side as far as muscles are concerned and personally I enjoyed Ookami shounen to hamu no hito. Select stories by Ike Reibun particularly Hide and Seek. All of these are smuuuuut. Also, I think, Omoi to jikkan to sono mukou and I'm pretty sure that mangaka has more stories with that body type.

I agree with blondinator about Mentaiko, other mangaka you should look at (if you haven't already) are Yamada Yugi, Nitta Youka (hers are actually read by men as well so they have that appeal), and Miyamoto Kano (Hers are a little more girly looking but I don't think they look as girly as most *she is my favorite ^.^) there is also KANO Shiuko a couple of hers are more muscular men as well

Here are a couple manga that I found
Koi to wa Yobenai
Dining Bar Akira
Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai

Maybe these will give you some luck ^.^

Naono Bohra always seems to me to have muscular couples. Yokubou Shounen is probably good to start with, if you haven't read her before

Also Zaria tends to have muscular non-bara guys - super smut warning though (pretty much hentai, really). Try Pet Keiyaku (not listed on MU, but the scanlation is around).

@elliemoran & blondinator Yeaaahh, that's what I'm talking about , hot mussie nekkid man sex (lol)
@xXGazeChicXx Sr, still too girly for my taste, except for Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai though

What about some of Sakurai Shushushu's works? At least a few of her characters/couples (in Jungle King and Ai no Gebokutachi, for example) might fit the description of what you're seeking.

AKIRA Norikazu - try Trigger, you will be happy
Duo Brand

Tengoku e Ikebaii - one character is a former yakuza, the other a former boxer
Ikenai Otoko
Let's Meet Here Again Tomorrow, oneshot
Shiranai Kao, story 4

Second most of the other suggestions, especially SAKIRA (very nearly bara) and IKE Reibun

Dunno if you still need more input, but the tag "manly gay couple" tends to help! 😀

I remember Blissful Sin and Nakama had a number of series that match what you're looking for.

You could also try either the 'Masculine Uke' or 'Masculine Seme' tags with a Genre Search.

You could also try Uchida Kaoru, Fujisaki Kou, KIJIMA Hyougo, and some of SADAHIRO Mika (like Surf Junkie or Buddy System).
