In 2008, she began a new doujin circle called Raw.
Yoneda came back from a year-and-a-half long, self-imposed hiatus with Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai, which began serialization in HertZ vol. 45 in August 2011.

Born on December 28, blood type A. Active in doujinshi and gained popularity. In Chinese-speaking regions, beloved under the nickname Teacher Gotei.
In September 2008, she made her debut as a commercial BL manga artist with her first comic, Doushitemo Furetakunai (Taiyo Tosho). This work gained significant attention with a recommendation from popular BL novelist Otose Kihara featured on the obi, and it caused a stir in the BL world, ranking 3rd in 'Kono BL ga Yabai! 2009 Edition.' Additionally, it won first place for three consecutive years starting in 2015 in the 'Immortal Masterpieces That Don’t Rot' category hosted by the BL review site ChilChil. In 2013, she consecutively released new works, Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai (Taiyo Tosho) and NightS (Libre).
'Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai,' drawn by Hyakumeki, features a former police officer, his impotent subordinate, Yashiro, and a Masochistic and perverted yakuza. The work won the 3rd Frau Manga Award in 2015, marking a remarkable achievement as a BL genre comic took first place. Volume 5 was released in November 2017. The series was also mentioned on Masaharu Fukuyama's radio show, where he expressed his desire to adapt it into a live-action version. It ranked first in the overall comic category at the BL Awards in 2014 and 2016 and was the top series in the 2017 BL Awards. On the back cover of Volume 3 of 'Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai,' there is an illustration of a type of bird called Isuka, but according to Twitter, there were also ideas for an owl and a sparrow.
In 2013, Doushitemo Furetakunai was also adapted into a live-action film. It received high praise and enjoyed a long run.
In 2014, the spin-off of Doushitemo Furetakunai titled Soredemo, Yasashii Koi o Suru (Taiyo Tosho), was published. It is the story of Ryo Onoda and Harumi Deguchi, revised and compiled from the doujinshi series 'after 9 hours' and 'The World with Color,' and it also became a huge hit, winning 2nd place in the comic category at the BL Awards 2015 hosted by ChiruChiru. The doujinshi, turned into an e-book titled NightS -Another Night- also became a huge sales hit as an e-book.
In 2017, marking the 10th anniversary of their debut, the "Kou Yoneda 10th Anniversary Art Festival" was held in Tokyo (from December 13 to 17) and Osaka (from January 19 to 23, 2018). In Tokyo, a special event called the "Kou Yoneda Test," covering all of their works to date, was also held. Meanwhile, while working in BL, they also began serializing Op -Op- Yoake Itaru no Iro no nai Hibi in the general Seinen magazine 'Evening' (Kodansha).
