I was considered by a psychologist as a sports/exercise addict.
I guess that answers your question. I obviously answered with the first option.

Was heavily into weight training for the past two years but gotten lazy since march last year, so need to get back into it. Nothing makes you feel strong like heaving hundreds of kilos off the ground 😀

Depends. How many hours a day do you play?

I exercise daily.
I either do...
a run around my neighborhood,
10 push ups, 40 sit-ups, and 10 jumping jacks,
10 pull/push up things I invented, 5 push ups, and 20 sit-ups,
or I run up and down the stairs of my house about 20 times, plus all the times I normally do it every day.
Does the walker choose the path, or the path the walker?

I go to a gym four times a week. I've been thinking about starting running or skiing one or two times a week, but still haven't started it though. I suppose I just prefer strenght training and generally don't like tedious, long lasting exercises.
