Not sure, but maybe Gangsta and Dogs?
And possibly Black Bullet could fit as well.
Sorry these are the only ones I can think of, I don't delve into this genre too much. 😕 😳

Warau Kyuuketsuki has all of those elements, as well as being created by the excellent guro mangaka Suehiro Maruo. If you like this, you might like the rest of his works. They're all pretty gory.

I'm not quite a gore fan honestly, but my curiosity got the better of me and I watched the anime Corpse Party. Completely gory, organs are spilled and it's very graphic. I had nightmares for 2 weeks.
Corpse Party is also a manga. It's about a group of "best friends forever" who somehow go into an abandoned grade school where the kids were savagely murdered by one of their teachers. The ghosts are still there and stayed the way they did when they died. Very creepy, and gory. Hoped this helps!! 😁
