Looking for manga with a couple who maybe die one shortly after the other or the one that survives is never quite the same afterwards. Sort of Romeo and Juliet. Sort of like Tsuki no Waltz if you've read that. There's a similar concept in Black Bird volume 7 and 8.

Misao gets put under hypnotic suggestion and instinctively just sees no point in living without Kyo - Ends up bedridden, doesn't eat or drink for three days. Later on she says something along the lines of "Do this or kill me." since his life is in serious danger and if he died, she's sure she'd follow quickly.

Mitsu Aji Blood fits too in a way...

Not really much more to say about that really. Is there such a thing?

Oh, and it can be any genre. Romance would be kind of a given.

Flowers of Evil definitely. The end is so sad.

you didn't say what genres you want, so i'll make a recommendation for Under Grand Hotel. But a as a WARNING its YAOI and a bit disturbing, to me anyway.

Vampire Juujikai
Shin Angyo Onshi

In this two mangas lovers are already dead at the beginning but we as readers know it later. Nevertheless the loss of beloved person changed protagonist

Hana to akuma kinda gives that kind of feeling, and while sad its not depressing so I rly enjoyed it...

And if side chars are ok tokyo crazy paradise hands down. The caretaker dudes flashback will rip your fricken heart out... I couldn't help but cry during it TT-TT.

The one-shot Half & Half (SEO Kouji) is quite decent. Rurouni Kenshin fits as well, but you would have to wait a while to understand what I mean (although it happened before the series started; if you are impatient, I suggest watching Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal); let's just say the X-shaped scar on the protagonist's cheek plays a big role in his decision not to kill anyone.
