Yeah i thought the style was practically the same, but i don't recognise him in the manga, as i read KHR! hmmm i dunno.

i think he is from five but i am not so sure.

I don't think so... the drawing style is not quite the same and the guy from Five with a plaster on his nose has red hair and wears a headband, if I remember correctly...

It's definitely Dino. The person just drew him weird. It's Dino from Katekyo Hitman Reborn! You can tell from the tattoo on his neck.
