Durian is too sweet for you? What kind of super sensitive taste buds do you have? 🤣 I hate the smell, but I like Durian candies.
I'm really curious about that stinky tofu now >.< and congee with organs sounds nasty. I've had it, but I prefer my congee plain with maybe boiled or century egg.

I tried not to think they're tongue when I tried them before. They're not that bad, actually. I'm just not a fan of beef or meat.

i remember my father lied to me and says its a normal beef,after i ate he told me its the cow tongue.

Tongue is nice, but is really oily. You have to use soap to wash it instead of detergent. It goes well with dry tomato 😀

I was reading this topic, and thought I'd add a few points from England 😀

Blue cheese = yummy! It's really nice - but when I was in Germany a couple of weeks ago, they just translate it as 'mould cheese', which I guess would put a lot of people off . But a lot of people here don't like it anyway, it's quite an acquired taste - very strong.

Jellied Eels - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jellied_eels.(So you can see a nice picture) My dad and uncles love them - I couldn't eat them 😔 When you eat them, you have to suck the flesh off of the bones - which is pretty disgusting (for me anyway).

Black Pudding - Blood sausage. It's congealed blood with herbs and spices. I tried it and didn't like it - it's another one of those love or hate things. It's eaten at breakfast usually, with bacon, eggs etc.

Tripe - Cow's intestines. Really rubbery and ( for me) disgusting. No-one really eats this now (except for the older generation, people find it pretty hard to like). Never tried it, never will.

delicious. it's one of my favorite dishes. my grandma used to have a lot of guinea pigs in the roof and would kill them on sundays.

You mean you keep them as pets then eat them? 😲
