Umm...I'm guessing pretty slimy, seeing as you're supposed to eat the jelly as well 😀 My dad says they're great, but I've never gone in for them. I think they're meant to have a strong flavour - influenced by the river water.

I couldn't eat something that I'd raised, but I think if I had been brought up doing it, it would be different. My Irish family are farmers, and think nothing of killing the animals on the farm - it is what they're there for after all, I guess. Just makes sense - there's no point buying meat if it's already there (I'm only applying this to sheep, cows etc. Not cats and dogs 🤣 )

He ate it because he sayd it was giving too much trouble to keep it... He is nutts. By the way, when our pet bull died my uncle ate he's heart, I didn't even participe of that barbecue I was traumatized enough... poor Tio Patinhas...

I'm jealous now - all I have is a pet fish. I only asked for a dog - I should have asked for a bull! (Although my mum would have said no to that as well, I'm guessing).

And when that dies, it won't be eaten. Too small 😀

At my uncle's farm, after he died now it rests Temporal (storm) the horse and Trovão (thunder the falcon) from the ones I grew together. By the way Tio Patinhas is Uncle Scrooge in english and he would even let me ride he's back.
