I say that pain will fail from fighting six tailed Naruto. But what of Hinata? Will she be saved, killed, or die in front of Naruto? 😕

I was really surprised she'd been able to gather enough courage to both face Pein and tell Naruto how she felt about him. Very surprised. I think she'll very much die though...though I hope she doesn't.

Darn plot wouldnt allow him to actually know her feelings and continue to lust after that b!tch of Sakura (too deep romance for a shounen) imho 🙁

Yeah but that's what i thought about kakashi and it doesn't look like hes still alive =/. Characters are dropping like flies, no more epic deaths like most of those who died before..

I'm sorry but, I get the feeling she's dead. 😐 I mean, the only one (that I can think of on the spot) that kishimoto tried to pull that "I only seemed dead" trick was on Naruto after the Sasuke vs Naruto fight and maybe now kakashi, maybe. but I don't know why everyone was so suprised. Last chapter (i think?) was a foreshadow of her jumping in and something happening. 😐 But hey, it got the plot moving so i'm happy.

She's dead. Pein, to my guess, would've stabbed her at a vital point and if she isn't immediately dead, she will be during Six-tails vs. Pein.

Same here but I think sakura or sai will try to save her, or yamato might turn him normal again after the battle. Though that would be hard to do both.

She seems quite likely to die if you ask me. But good on kishimoto for having the guts to kill off characters like this. I sincerely hope she doesn't end up being alive at the end. Usually ruins it.

I assume naruto is going to pummel pein quite a bit now, but who's going to deal with naruto once he's done? jiraiya nearly died when he had 4 (was it?) tails out. Good way to regain my interest in the manga, which i have to admit had been waning lately.

Is not guts... is the lack of a brain to give them meaningful deads... No character other than villain lackies should plainly die.

But this is Naruto... I don't expect anything great of it
