There might be a one or two shoujo manga like that worth checking out, but I can't remember any titles right now.
Anyway you could try Sakurasaku Syndrome
Unfortunately there is no appropriate tag for those manga (or there was such tag, but got deleted for some reason)

Well, there are Shoujo and Josei suggestions included, but two threads before dealt with this topic and maybe you can still find something, that picks your interest, there.
Manga/Manhwa with Tough/Athletic/Cold/Expressionless/Ex-Delinquent/Ex-Y ankee leader girl...
"I'm Looking For...Yankee girl"
As for a likeable Shoujo example, you can try Ore-sama Teacher. It's just as funny as Yankee-kun to Megane-chan and gives off a Shounen feel. Also - The jokes about delinquents and their way of seeing things, will probably make you crack laughing. Kkk.
"It's like love is a bonus in your life. Even without it, I'm just fine. I don't feel like pointlessly searching for it. You don't have to make yourself unhappy." (Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji)
"Why does it rain?" - "To create drama." (Drops (Andou Yuki))

I second Ore-Sama Teacher. There's little to almost no romance at all. And the characters are likeable.

Your "Yankano" link shows a seinen manga with no info. Do you mean Yankano!?
I know many but only few of them are scanlated. Here's those few that I can think of (well Asukagumi is only two chapters scanlated):
Gokusen (daughter of a yakuza boss works as high school teacher, released in a josei magazine, but doesn't make much difference—it reads much like shounen/seinen)
Hana no Asukagumi! (the best sukeban manga, about a middle school delinquent girl, shoujo, but it's the best)
Hot Blooded Woman (about a delinquent girl who switches bodies with another girl, 'tis a shoujo, but easy to read even if you generally don't like shoujo)
Kyou kara Ore wa!! (comedy manga about two delinquents, side character is a deliquent girl)
Yandere Kanojo (4-koma about a delinquent girl and a boy who date in "secret")
Far-off places with sweet sounding names.

If you like Yankee 7 Megane, you have to go for Yandere Kanojo, it is so sickeningly sweet you can't help but smile at it.
The only trouble is it's a pain to read because there's two independent story lines running at once, one in print and one online.

Well in Oresama Teacher the mc is an exdelinquent i know it's shoujo but, to me, it doesn't look like one
