To be honest this question is pretty pointless. I selected "other" basically because you really don't know what you would do. I mean unless you've dealt with this situation before(sacrificing people for the greater good.. not for the universe specifically), there is absolutely no way to know how you would react. People act differently under extreme circumstances. The noble choices. The selfish choices.. Only life experience could offer some insight towards what you would truly do. And even that has some limitations..

I don't really understand why sacrificing yourself instead would save the world if it's specifically your loved one's sacrifice that's needed to save it in the first place... >_>. Or maybe I'm just thinking too far outside the box.

So yeah, sacrificing one person to save the world is pretty much no contest. If I let the world end I know I'd just be being selfish, and I would be a terrible person if I let my own selfishness destroy the world...
