This is pathetic, but I was terrified - and still am horribly afraid - of butterflies.

when i was younger, i watched a chinese show that had those chinese vampires. They are all pale and they hop around trying to get to ppl. it really scared me because i was by myself on the second floor of my grandmas apartment and i was around 6. i wanted to go find my grandma but i didn't want to move because the rooms that were next to the living room was dark and i was scared they would hop out of no where TT_TT

i get paranoid when i watch horror movies. The last horror movie i remember watching was the ring which was 5 yrs ago?. my after school teacher decided to watch the movie and i thought it was no big deal. i was hardly pay attention to the movie, most of the time i was hiding behind my jacket while all the girls and guys were screaming. after the movie, all the girls (including me) went to the bathroom together. we were really scared because we were the only class on that floor and our teacher had shut most of the lights in the hallway. That night i couldn't sleep. i kept waking up and i kept staring at my door way. my mom got mad (b/c i went to sleep at 3am) and went and told my teacher that i'm not allowed to watch scary movies. the next day, the teacher decided to watch texas chain saw and i had to sit out 😢

i'm still scared of the movie IT. i was just skimming the channels and i saw the movie. it showed a boy taking a shower and then a clown popped out. i decided to change the channel since i thought it was those stupid commerical. the next day i went and ask my friend (who loves horror movies) about a horror movie with clowns. and he explained to my that is about this creature that looks like a clown. it comes out every 30 yrs out of ppl's shower drains and he goes and eats them. it made me really paranoid. so every now and then while i'm showering , i'm just staring at my shower drain to check for clown creatures... 😔

It sounds a little strange but I am totally serious.
I was afraid of the Roman catholic Church.
No kidding.

Since my parents were divorced they were 'excommunicated' from the church - so I never went except when the neighbors would try and take me.

There was one time, at a really nice, very old church, that my Mom tried to take me in. I cried and dug my feet in the ground and screamed to her that I wouldn't go in there because the devil would get me. I

t was a festival or something and they just wanted to stop in. I remember her telling me that if I didn't go in, I wouldn't get any souvenirs, but I wouldn't back down and they ended up just taking me home.

Needless to say they (my Mom and Step-dad) were pretty pissed at me for causing such a scene. I was about 5 or 6.

Such a good Irish-Catholic girl, ne? I actually ended up having to go to Catholic school when I was older. Not good times. And then my family was all surprised when I said I wasn't baptizing my kids. lol

Another thing I was afraid of ---

I used to live next to the Veterans Admin hospital in North Hills CA, and they had a psycho ward there. My dad used to work there as a cook and he would come home telling me stories about the crazy people that lived in the big scary building on the hill next to our house. Whenever I wanted to stay home alone (around age 8-12) my dad would tell me "It's ok if you want to stay home by yourself....but don't forget that the crazy chainsaw/axe murderer just escaped from the hospital a few hours ago...." then he would force me to stay home by myself.

FYI - 20 years later, Rob Zombie used the same hospital to film the Psych-ward scenes in the new Halloween movie. - crazy huh? I guess my dad was right about the crazy psycho thing.

Life is tough......but it's tougher if you're stupid.

I used to be scared of bees like crazy till I got stung about three years ago. It didn't hurt at all (I guess it helps that it stung me on the finger). I was just sitting there with my friends by a blossom tree and I ran my fingers through my hair (this ties into my habit of touching my hair excessively 🤣 ) and a bee stuck to my finger! I just screamed and flicked it off 😛

Now I can laugh at my friends as they dance around the table running away from the bees 🤣 (for some reason my school's lunch area is infested with bees 😲 ).

There are wasps, but that's another story ^_^;;

I'm not really afraid of flies and the like; I just really hate it when they get on you and start walking. It feels so gross...shudders

It is something you should be scare of xD 😃 Red nose, yellow puffy hair, white face.. FREAKY. not to mention when i was little i use to heard a story about a ballerina, missing uncle clown.. AHHHHHH hide under blankets

D:!!! I HATE bugs, especially bees, spiders, and the aforementioned butterflies. Just a few days ago a bee found its way into my bedroom somehow and I ended up locking myself in my dad's bedroom (it's on the opposite end of the house and the room furthest away from mine) for a few hours.

I'm constantly touching/playing with my hair as well. 🙂

!! NO I DID NOT KNOW THAT. That's so, so disgusting.

Don't worry unless you smash them hard and their blood and skin and body fall apart etc. then they won't reform. But if you killed it like a stab or 2, or a little smash or the feather and a bit of skin is cut off, they can reform and fly around... ... GAAAAHHH
