If there was absolutely no way for me to get my hands on any manga where I lived (which seems kind of unlikely, since it's all over the internet =P), I would probably...go somewhere where I could get my hands on some. Like Japan =O.

Do as always download them regardless of the laws... I live in Dominican Republic, I am a true Pirate of the Caribbean so laws are meaningless to me, the only laws I respect are the ones that I like and they aren't that many ^_^

I'd read illegally. It's not like I'm reading legally now anyway.
Cops have enough issues to attend to, they simply wouldn't bother enforcing such a law
