A reiteration of another thread a made a couple of years back, Cute romance with adorable adult couple. Some of my favorite finds from that thread and my own searches where the once where the couple where working together. Bookstores, flower shops and bakeries seem to be the most common setting. Also as mentioned in the previous thread as i have gotten older i want a love story thats more relatable for where i am in life now. High School is almost ten years ago for me now and i dont find most teenage/high school dramas as engaging anymore that manga love stories often focus around. Demografic doesnt matter and all suggestions are appreciated.

The Sock Monster (webtoon) - They both work at a bank he is a janitor & she is a teller. Set in a cute fantasy world.
Handmade no Oujisama - She is in a crafts class with him.
Toshokan Sensou - Love & War - Long shoujo which strangely fits your description. They both work for the same organization. Set in a futuristic (?) type world.

If you don't mind novels, then you should try Hokuou Kizoku to Moukinzuma no Yukiguni Karigurashi (Novel). It fits your request really well.

Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii: Two cute couples for the price of one!
Hotaru no Hikari: Not quite a couple yet, but I absolutely adore their dynamic.
Bread & Butter: There is some ambiguity about their status as a couple but it is nice read.
Hobbies include impersonating fictional characters and sucking on ketchup packets.
