Thanks for Kamikaze girls. I didn't realize there was a Manga.

I found another one myself. Haru from Sing "Yesterday" For Me. The mangaka, Toume Kei, apparently has a thing for scooters. She did at least one other scooter girl character in the anthology Robot that has been made into a neat figurine.

Found another; Miu from Aiki.

And another. Nobue Itoh from Ichigo Mashimaro.
