I am trying to find the of a yaoi manga about a younger guy, either high school or college student, and a very rich businessman. The younger guy was given a watch by the older, he later finds out from a friend/subordinate of the older guy that it was very expensive also throws it at one point. The friend of the older guy tries to break them up by making the younger guy feel bad about being so young and inexperienced. Through out the story the younger guy is plagued with thoughts of inferiority. At one point he younger guy goes to a gay bar with a classmate because the older guy won't take him and he gets assaulted by some men in a bar only to be saved by his older lover. The classmate also tries to steal the older guy from the younger too. I'll add more if I think of anything.

+Also if anyone knows of any other manga like this with a very possessive and protective guy who loves to spoil his lover feel free to let me know. Any kind is fine as long as its a romance, doesn't have to be BL.
