Just like the thread title says, I'm Austin, from Austin, Texas (say it with a Texan accent). You can call me Austin, or AT, whatever floats your boat. I'm 20, and I'm currently studying at UT@Austin as an English major. When I'm not reading manga, I like exercising, tricking (it's a cross between martial arts, breakdancing, and acrobatics), playing piano, playing video games, watching anime, listening to my iPod, or just hanging out and having fun with my family and friends.

I've been told I'm "too nice" for my own good (kind of like those harem leads, amirite?), so I'm pretty sure if you take the time to talk, we'll end up as friends. But I've also been told I'm "emo" at times (judging me by my appearance =), as well as being "too happy", "too Asian" (I'm Vietnamese), funny, smart, and everyone's favorite, random.

In terms of manga, I prefer a good action manga, (like Samurai Deeper Kyo), but I like sappy romance/drama ones as well. Oh, and who could forget about those harem/ecchi/comedy mangas?

I guess that about covers it. You all seem like really great people, so I don't think I'll have any trouble settling into this forum. ;]
