Naono Bohra has a lot of disabled main characters (blind, deaf, missing limbs) but they're all yaoi, and most of them are one-shots.

Can't See Can't Hear But Love - male lead becomes blind, his mother has dementia; the female lead is deaf
Utopia (NEUK Dae Sam) - girl pretends to be mute, her grandmother has dementia; guy has various disabilities as a result of a car accident
Koe no Katachi - deaf girl (but it was suggested alread)
The Friendly Winter - female lead has growth disorder (looks like a kid, despite being an adult); male lead has a mental handicap (guy is in his late teens, but thinks and acts like a little kid)
