A male main character with the main ability of teleportation.
I've not seen this ability often on a main character, it's usually just side characters that have it, one of the only example i can think of where the main character has the power is the light novel 'Dawnbringer: The Story of the Machine God (novel)

Have also read 'Saiki Kusuo no Psi Nan'

There's Maoyuu Maou Yuusha. He has a lot of powers, but teleportation is one he uses a fair bit.

Tokyo ESP It's got a duo MC thing going on, the male MC can teleport.

If you're fine with webtoons, check out Accord by LEE Ji Young and MaHaRo. It revolves around a young cellist who

used to have a strong teleportation ability as a child, but since he's been neglecting it for years it has become weak and he tries to regain it in order to save a captured girl and to escape their bleak circumstances.

The art style requires getting used to but the promising plot makes up for it more than enough.

Can't really think of anyone specifically who only teleports, but there's some who do have the ability to teleport and does it often enough to qualify.

If you are okay with a female MC then check out Normal City. She has a bunch of esp powers but teleportation is used fairly often.
