Son Goku could beat all actual shonen manga characters at once, I don't think there is a doubt about that.

Back to topic: I think the first problem is that we have only few information about demon magic and the abilities of several important characters of Bleach so far. But at the moment Genjutsu is just unbeatable for most Bleach characters right now.
2 problem in my eyes is the set up of the fighting parties: 1 vs 1 it depends who fights but if it is 5 vs 5 or so, Naruto Ninjas would beat the crap out of any Shinigami formation. Or take the 3 Sanin, nobody of Bleach would stand a chance against all three of them at once.

Well, if we take, say Gai-sensei and have him fight, say Yourici, Chad, or Ururu, he would definitely lose.

well that wouldnt be a fair fight, thinking about the match up, Gai sensei only knows taijutsu while everyone in bleach fight either using weapon of spiritual pressure in some sense.

Isn't this a dull argument since it's unlikely that:
A) regular attacks would have an effect against shinigami, who are not alive.
B) the ninjas/Goku/whatever would not be able to see the shinigami/hollows/whatever
C) they'd have a reason to fight 😲 😔

That being said, I did vote for the Shinigami side. But that's mainly because I'm a tad too practical, and as robicho said, the ninjas etc. wouldn't be able to see their enemies at all. Which would make winning kind of, oh, I don't know, impossible?

However, you can quote Bleach against me here with the whole "Kenpachi vs. Tousen" fight and argue that one can win, even with sensory deprivation going against them. But Kenpachi's just insane - in a good way - plus he knew who and what he was up against, so I don't really think it's a fair comparison.

Regardless of the side you take, though, it'd be a really funny fight. Possibly awesome with cool battles, but mainly funny.
