Grimmjow's Desugaron should take out a few ninja, Nnoitra's iron skin and all around craziness, Ulquiorra wouldn't even break a sweat, and Stark is so fast that even Ichigo and Kenpachi couldn't hit him before he disappeared again.

And it includes the Vizards who are basically gods seeing as the have hollow powers as well as shikai and bankai.

Point in short, ninja would lose no matter how you look at it.

If it ever truly came down to a fight between them where every desperation move is pulled, including Naruto going to the ninth tail and letting the Kyuubi god of destruction go to town the winner would be: No one.

The number of deaths would be appallingly high, with key people on both sides losing everything in battle. Where ever they fought would become a wasteland of nothingness. And though the Bleach side would likely be able to claim 'victory' the cost to their ranks would open themselves up to their enemies and possibly lead to their own destruction.

It would be war, and in wars no one truly wins. Only one side losses 'less' than the other side.

To me the ninjas are such tricky bastards. But then again in bleach they can do some pretty fast awesome stuff so I am neutral.

I want to say Bleach, because it's much cooler, but with purely released jinjurikis equal and over power Espadas, genjutsu's equal to Aizan, cursed seals + kekkai genkai overpower vizards. Also let's face it too many of the bleach characters are one trick ponies (some don't even have proper tricks) Then with village clans with their special recipes for power ex. Choji's pills, Rock lees and gai's gates, kibas dogteam, shinos bug team. The akatsuki puppet biz and overload of characters would just kill the bleach world.

Nartuo wins also with Kishimoto running out of ideas for jutsus he will eventually pull out a fusion jutsu which combining all the characters of naruto will f*** the bleach world.
