I don't think I'll vote because first of all, those are two completely different worlds. So you can't really compare them, and second of all... I can't choose. They're both awesome. 😛

there is no way people in the Naruto universe could defeat people in the Bleach universe, they are in two completely diff leagues.

Though shinigami and shinobi are like apples and oranges to me, I would pick Bleach just because there a lot of characters whose true potential and releases we don't know yet.

For all those saying oh, it would never happen, this is a hypothetical situation. What would happen if it DID happen?

Because, I don't really think either of the sides would win. The mangakas would just make them keep on pulling out all-powerful can't be beaten powers until those powers are beaten and then they pull out another, even MORE powerful one.

When I first saw this poll I voted straightaway for the shinigami's cuz they are so much cooler and look better than the ninjas! My biased pt of view, haha.
After I really gave it some thought, I decided that the shinigamis would win still cuz they're powers are so much stronger than ninjas, and they're supernatural beings(their all dead 'cept for Ichigo). Are those bankais cool or what! >.<
Then I really got to thinking, what if Ichigo and Naruto got involved in a fight? I mean, thse two mangas are notorious for they're never-ending plots... imagine the two of them combined... shudder
But if those two were really to fight we can all be at peace cuz both of them have that I-dun-kill-my-enemies-I'm-so-kind-I-pity-you-who-has-no-friends attitude which gets boring after awhile. And I bet if Ichigo won, he'd get Orihime to heal Naruto and if Naruto won, he'd get sakura to heal Ichigo. Cuz they're all into world peace and all that stuff.
In other words, a fight between the two of them isn't a fight at all and i bet they'll become friends. 😁

For the sake of argument, take the characters at their current strength, no padding of story lines, just a fight. Nothing deeper. One winner and one loser.

I voted that the ninjas would win. Don't forget about Pain,Tobi, Itachi, Hidan or the rest of the Akatsuki + the sannin + all the Jounins in the Naruto verse + the ninja jinchurikis. Don't forget that space/time jutsus owns flashstepps and sonidas.

I think that Kakashi could use his Sennen Goroshi on everyone and win 😛

^ 2, maybe 3 people can use space time jutsus. And don't forget about Bankai. And Kakashi has to see the person to use that tech.

I prefer Naruto to Bleach but dont forget Naruto has live characters while Bleach has dead characters and the ones who reap the soul...so I would say Death is stronger..

1)Do you see people in naruto foaming at the mouth just from the release of chakra? no. in bleach? yes. lets say chakra and spiritual power are two completely different things, every ninja would suffocate to death whenever a shinigami releases his spiritual pressure since they dont have it themeselves to counter.

2)if that doesnt work, and ninja could actually see shinigami, that would be and even fight based on pure power alone. also since neither side knows the others abilities beforehand.

3)genjutsu pwns shinigami? what about aizen and his perfect illusion with just shikai? every ninja who can see is gonna get raped.

Bleach world would win, simply. I reckon Kenpachi could take on like.. 3 guys at LEAST.

Sharingan? Gin and Tousen.

Space Time Jutsu's? Get Aizen to use their own powers against them.

Kakashi and Sasuke with speed? Ichigo and Yourichi and Byakuya are just as if not faster.

Jinkiruchis(SP?) and summons? Captain Yamamoto.

1)In chapter 12 of Naruto there was such situation. Now they don't suffocate, cuz they are stronger I guess.
3) Shinji could sense his illusion, so it's not unbeatable. It's just very hard, just like Itachi's illusion.
