"Listening skills" and "Methods" i guess are my strong points, because i tend to come up with different ways to get through to a goal, and i am a very good listener when i see fit to listen, or if someone needs help with something.

but i want to improve my concentration, couse i have such a short attention span that i barely get anything done anymore.

Concentration and Respect for the Rules are probably my strong points....the ones I need to improve on would be Social Skills, Listening Skills and Work Rythm

I've had multiple people tell my I'm a good listener, my dad says one of the best he's ever met, but that may just be flattery for his son. I'd also say perseverance, I can be very determined when I want something.

My weak point would be social skills, or lack there of. On paper I can be as eloquent as I want to be, but when it comes to saying thing out loud I usually start with one foot in my mouth which is swiftly joined by the other.

The only one I could say came close to is creativity, and I'm not sure if I'm creative or just over imaginative.

Anyways I'd have to say that my strenght is none of the above. I consider my strength to be adaptability. Depending on the group I'm equally willing to be a leader or a follower and I'm very quick to change roles given various circumstances. My weaknesses would probably be all of the above 😛 I'm not particularly horrible in any of the categories but I def don't excel in any of them either.
