Imo he will join. Everytime Luffy said those words, person even if he/she didnt agree to join at the beginning, at some point he/she accepted it and started life as a pirate;]

I thought about that, but I don't see much sense in Jinbe joining. The others had a purpose that was helped along if they joined - Jinbe doesn't.

Doesnt? He want world where people and seamen can live peacefully together. Who can help him in acomplishing this dream better than next Pirate King?

Strawhats are actually quite popular despite being pirates and public opinion might be shaken by their future acomplishments and the fact that seaman like Jinbe is one of them might give reason to ask a question if they are really so different than humans.
And we will know answer in next week (probably) so we just have to wait but knowing Oda-sensei he will try to surprise us.<< about this im pretty sure 😉

well Jinbe respected Ace alot and Ace did ask Jinbe to take care of Luffy.
