What does Bleach need? Less characters, that's for sure.

It could use, like previously stated more drama. But at the same time it could use a little more of a backstory on all the 'evil' characters. It might become more interesting and give everyone more of a reason to do things if the bad guys aren't so simply put 'bag guys' but they have their own intelligent reasons for doing things other than the very simple "I want to destroy the world. And become all powerful." (As that's the main apparently thing driving the 'bad guys')
But I don't mean having Aizen rant on for three chapters about his awesome scheme, I mean a flash back where Aizen decieded that this was the only way to go. Or something that gives that 'villians' more of a substance than just them doing this because they just sorta felt like it one day.
(Like, for example, how in Death Note everyone in their own respects became a bad guy, because it focused on all of the characters and their goals. Although L, Near, and the Jap Task force were in the moral right you couldn't help but root for Light as well because as a result of his crazy rants you could understand and relate to where he was coming from)

Just a thought.

In addition if more of the bad guys didn't suck, they're all dying off, it's really not cool, I think Ichigo has acctually completly lost only once, the one time when he was acctually left as dead instead of left 'for dead' and walked away from while he was still breathing. Every other time he just barely wins or wins ridiculously easily with all the same moves and attack patterns. And if the 'good guys' would stop pulling new crazy tricks out of their hats, uniforms and/or otherwise, sure it keeps the battles from being redundant but then it just makes everything seem far to god-like. If it keeps going this way it'll get to the point where it will be an instant destruction technique whoever exicutes it the fastest wins!!

I think that Bleach should need a really romantic scene.

i think bleach needs more idol contests...

What bleach truly needs is for the anime to go on a 6 month hiatus each year so the manga can be given more time to properly develop and not feel rushed like some of the last arc felt. This way at least more of the villains would have more personality like Girmjaw.

Bleach needs me to go in there and steal Hime from those stinking hollows.

just give everyone their bankais already, have the characters fight the arrancar, but have something tragic happen that allows aizen to get away.
then a new arc, relating to the king. sado, renji, whatever the hell the quincy guys name was, and maybe rukia if she can man up v tosen, gin, and some other newly revealed enemy.
maybe they could lose the fight but zaraki gets his bankai w/ hollow mask, and his mere thought kills every enemy while they were in the womb. excpet for aizen. it is revealed that he was actually the bastard child of the soul society king and ...dunno momo or someone. he laughs triumphantly as he is about to get everything that the reader doesn't want him to and beats the crap out of ichigo. then someone is sacrificed (make it hitsugaya, just so fangirls cry). ichigo goes supersaiyan because its too late for the ripoff to even matter. he beats up aizen and teaches him its wrong to slaughter too many innocents. aizen repents and they all have a tea party. kon does something silly and is hurt for it.
then orihime shows up unaware of what happened because shes been leek spinning for years. she learned a new technique. it is too powerful and everyone dies. tone changes to ultra depressing. then it is revealed that bleach is actually the prequel to Elfen Lied and Hime is Lucy. then more crying. End.

dont worry, i love bleach, este es un chiste. 😛 but really im surprised if you made it this far.
