Finally, the Jiraiya fight is over (pity him though) and we get to see the main storyline back into action

The fight's not over, just on hold.
Saw this coming really, no way he's going to finish that fight in one go, and I doubt we'll see the end of Sasuke vs Itachi without seeing konoha vs Tobby either.

Well, at least there will be some decent fights for a while.

It was never stated explicitly though.. 😀 Pain has never acknowledges Tobi as a superior, also Konan has said that Pain has never lost a battle.. So that means that Tobi didn't beat him to subordinate..
