Well, Akatsuki has been using dead bodies since they were introduced after the time skip, so I don't see it as at all unusual that Nagato might be using Yahiko's body for his plans, more like business as usual. I feel Nagato's body is elsewhere and his consciousness is controlling the 6 pains, the way that Jiraiya and the frogs were explaining the Rinnengan as being in a surveillance booth kinda gave me tat feeling of separation.

I think that it may have been the other way around. Like when Obito was really badly injured, and he offered the sharigan to Kakashi.

So perhaps, Yahiko was really badly injured trying to save Nagato, and as a result, Nagato gave himself fully (saying that Nagato is dead) to "the cause."
Pain's belief and personality more closer reflects Nagato's "I'm going to beat up anyone in my way" than Yahiko's "I just don't want to see any of my friends hurt."

Honestly I have no goods ideas about Pains full power just it seems that he can create bodies(or took them) to harbor parts of his soul perhaps based upon previous encounters with people that were strong with those types of charka(earth, water, etc.)

Glad the fights on hold....felt like a never ending DBZ fight...AGH!

As far as Tobi goes I still believe hes most likely Madara and he only going along with Pain cause its convenient.

Yahiko seems to look a lot like Sasukes big companion....if that’s true then I can't really explain Pains ability. Maybe Yahiko gave up and had his power taken away?

Pain just seems to be a absorber-torn or something with all that power and the whole body thing. Maybe his personality is dead cause his taken on all those bodies hes lost his sense of self.

Detachment + lots of power + split between multiple bodies= god complex?

Itachi was Jiraiya's spy. He purposely played it up in order to fool Naruto and Sasuke. Kisame did not know at the time, however Itachi eventually confided in him, and he decided to cooperate. He entered back into Konoha in order to protect Naruto from Akatsuki, and get a hold of him first.

Scene change in the middle of a conversation.
As Pain was about to finish Jiraiya, Tobi's voice could be heard through Konan's paper...
"Hunt the Kyuubi. Make preparations now." "~!"
Pain instructed Konan to finish the job and as soon as he's said that, the five bodies disappeared. Immediately after, the chapter ended with Tobi summoning Pain.

381 story VS dawn ...! ！ !

Itachi: Hmm...
Itachi stood up from the throne.
Itachi: Show me the amount of hate you possess...Sasuke.
Sasuke's expression became grim.
The battle between Sasuke and Itachi.

Scene change to Konoha team.
Naruto's thoughts: went right through?!
Naruto: What in the hell happened dattebayo?!
Kakashi: Looks like we've met another troublesome fellow...
Konoha team were equally shocked.
Tobi: Ahaha, you're surprised, aren't ya? Actually I'm an invisible man. That's why your attack is not effective at all...so, can you hand over Uzumaki Naruto kun to me quietly?
Kiba: Don't fool around with me! It's just some kind of jutsu isn't it?!
Kiba ate something that looks like the soldier pill.
The Konoha team split to the left and right while Kiba and Akamaru charged towards Tobi with Gatsuuga.

However, (Kiba/Akamaru) went through...

Kiba gnashed his teeth...
Tobi: HAHAHA
During this moment, insects were gathering under Tobi's feet...

Tobi: Uwaaaaa!! Tobi escapes from the dimension....
Kakashi aimed his attack at Tobi's torso...

However, nothing had happened...

Kakashi focused his attack on Tobi's torso but it did not fly off to the other dimension.
At this juncture, Kakashi's eyes met Tobi's Sharingan.

4th battle!!

Spoiler 6:

Jiraiya forces the toad couple to return. Jiraiya's fate is unknown.
There's a scroll toad that is trying to get to Naruto, but rather decide that they are going to summon Naruto himself.

Kakashi sees through Tobi's jutsu.
He manipulates space and is "warping" this opponents

Sasuke is in 2nd Ju-in (cursed seal) mode, but is getting beat up by Itachi.
Sasuke's being told that those powers are not the strength which is necessary.

Spoiler 7:

Chapter: The Color of the Sky

Tobi tells Naruto that he is useless for missing on point-blank and how useless Konoha is because they can't beat him 8 on 1. Naruto attacks Tobi again but passes through him. Tobi looks up and says how the sky is clear blue. Suddenly a thunderbolt strikes between the Konoha ninjas, and everyone is blinded. Tobi disappears, and when Naruto opens his eyes he sees 7 Tobis surrounding him. Naruto gets angry and charges at one of the Tobis with Rasengan, but we see that it is actually Sakura who stares in shock.

Itachi and Sasuke say that there is nothing left to say. Sasuke instantly moves in front of Itachi and impales him with a Chidori. Itachi transforms into a swarm of crows that fly around Sasuke who sees images of the destroyed village and the dead Uchiha. He also sees his father and his corpse, but he doesn't care and Chidori spikes come out of his body to destroy all the crows. Sasuke says he's not his old self anymore, and Itachi confirms this.

Kisame stands before Suigetsu in a water prison and says that in the end he was just a brat. He strikes at Suigetsu, but he dissolves into water and appears behind Kisame, saying that in the end Kisame was just a fool. He hits Kisame, but it was a water clone, Suigetsu is surprised. Kisame appears and says that Suigetsu resembles his brother now and that he underestimated him, but he warns Suigetsu not to underestimate him either. Samehada unwraps completely.

Next: The battle of the elements!

Chapter starts off with Konoha team and Tobi

Tobi: Thought you got me didn’t ya?
Naruto: ? What the hell?
Kakashi: get back everyone this is no ordinary enemy

Everyone stands back as Kakashi starts to lift up his headband

Tobi: ? Ahh so you are the one Deidara Sempai was talking about? The copy ninja?
Naruto: Stop with your bulls*** how did I miss?
Tobi: Ahh shut up I am not talking to you now!; So Kakashi?? How about I beat you right here right now with my one hit KO!
Kakashi: Stay back everyone I’ll handle this

Kakashi lifts his headband up to reveal his sharingan

Scene switches to Suigetsu and Kisame

Suigetsu: Sorry to make you fight me Kisame Sempai; but you know how us young mist kind have such an itch to start trouble
Kisame: Ahh I know it well; reminds me of me when I was younger, but listen kid you have a lot of catching up to do.
Suigetsu: Well----

Karin interrupts

Karin: You guys sound like idiots! You want to fight yet you guys are talking like your family; You guys are sick, let’s go Juugo we are going after sasuke

Kisame: Oh no you’re not

Suddenly Kisame clasps his hands together and water begins to accumulate around team Hebi;

Kisame: Sorry brats this ends here,

Suddenly the water turns into a giant vortex and heads at Team Hebi

Scene switches to Jiraiya;

Jiraiya: Damnit…This is bad

Pain: So this is how the great Jiraiya will end? Missing an arm and beaten by god; pathetic, however I commend you on lasting this long, however this is over

All six Pains join hands and start chanting
Pain: You will now see the ultimate power of Pain

Suddenly everything turns to blackness

Pain: “World Great Pestilence"

Jiraiya: ! s***! This is…..

Scene switches to Sasuke and Itachi

Itachi: My death? Foolish brother you know nothing

Suddenly crows start flying all around Sasuke while Itachi continues to sit in the throne

Sasuke: Im foolish, your use of the sharingan has diminished I can tell

Sasuke emits Chidori out of his body hitting all the crows, however they keep flying around

Itachi: Now you will know the truth; your true purpose, my true intensions

Suddenly Sasuke is back at the village the night the clan was slaughtered
However this time he sees Itachi lying face down breathing hard and a masked man standing over him….its Tobi!!!!

Sasuke: What is this? What are you doing?

Itachi with his Mangekyou activated

Itachi: It will all be become much clearer, but first show me what you have spent years trying to get

Sasuke smirks

Sasuke: Hmph You’ll regret that request, who is the foolish one now?

Sasuke closes his eyes,

pein are six ninja who jiraiya had previously met
as jiraiya works out who pein is, they all attack at once, episode ends.
