If you hate it so much, why don't you just read it in Japanese and ignore what the English-language publishers are doing?

And besides One Piece isn't Japanese by any standards whatsoever (unless you count where it originates from >.>). 4kids didn't "Americanize" anything they just tried to make it suitable for children and air it on Toonami which has a high teenage fanbase; which was really, really stupid.
