I'm a little bored of "age gap" romances in which the characters look the exact same age. Please do suggest some shoujo series which feature a high school girl in a relationship with a man of an age between 27 to about 45. I'd prefer if they weren't student-teacher romances or incestuous in any way.

There's this one manga that might be up your alley about a high school girl that gets stalked by a writer in his 30es (or is it 40es?) because her voice is the same as that of his dead wife, turns out they're neighbors and her parents are away and she is conveniently living alone, so they eventually hit it off. Like I said, it might be what you're looking for but I can't for the life of me remember the title, so maybe someone reading this might and complete the suggestion >_<

My Fair Neighbor - it's a short series, but I find it cute (although it's slow). The girl is 16 year old, with the man being 28. Give it a try - it's quite realistic in my opinion though. If you like fast romance with lots of romantic moments, you won't like this one.

-Ai Hime - to Himegoto ("technically" related, but not by blood, fair age gap, and on that note, most the manga by Mitsuki Kako features large age gaps)
-Love So Life (high school girl and older guy with two kids [would say more, but don't want to give spoilers!])
-Faster Than a Kiss (sadly a teacher and student one, but in my opinion, they don't focus on school much)
-Hana to Akuma (huge age gap for most of the story)
-Hana no Namae
-Rinjin wa Chou

I believe the below are what fits your description perfectly. Usagi Drop is incest depending on how you look at it, though.
