Description

I read the summary for this, and i was like "OooH, sounds interesting!!" but when i actually start reading the manga...what a DISAPPOINTMENT! i dragged myself to finish vol.1, and heading on to vol. 2 in hopes that it would get better, but noooo. the story is pretty basic in my opinion (very much like 100% Perfect Girl and Haou Airen) and not only that...i found the artwork dang annoying! the girl looks so BLAGH...everytime i see her sorry face, i just wanna punch her (of course i restrain since i don't wanna break my mon)...but anyway, the guy married that kinda girl for a billion? he must be cuckoo in the head man.

So i just started reading volume 6 and the plot line is getting WAY OVER DRAMATIC AND CLICHE its tiring. Yes, its interesting but i why did you have to make the mistress, the wife's twin sister Man that is just cold!!! Plus it is modern times, slap your sister, spit in your husband's face, and just walk away! Sheesh I hate it when weak females go, what will i do, i cannot do anything but accept his order...UGH ANNOYING!!!! BTW that is how all the female seems in this manga that what killed it for me. Also I agree that the art kinda blows....

| I oddly liked it, the plot line reminded me of the old bearskin fairytale, where the Devil forces a man to wear a bearskin and never shave/clean himself in exchange for all the money he wants. The man saves another and is promised the bride of one of the mans daughters. The girls think bearskin is ugly and force him onto the youngest daughter. Its nice to see something other then cinderella. I feel the art was good, better then most atleast. |

| Its true that the story and characters are that of a generic shoujo manga. However, in my opinion it all fits well together in a way that it rarely does with stereotypical manga. Overall it makes for a great read. |

The art is good in my opinion but the story is so darn dramatic that it gets tiring. I even went as far as to look at the raws just to see if it would change but nope and if that ending that i saw is anything like it will really happen then it was not worth my read, for now though lets just keep reading the english translations of it and see how it develops at least is not a long read and it's a bit entertaining.

Okay, so at first I liked where this manga was headed but after chapter 11 I was wavering a little bit and when chapter 13 hit I immediately felt that this didn't deserve more than a 7.
I don't mind that the main character looks like some sort of creppy porcelain doll or that her husband is almost 10 years older than her but when it went into the big character web I just groaned w/ displeasure. I like the supporting characters: Oshinari, Tatsuya, and Amamiya (when he was normal... or whatever can be considered normal for him). And I like the romance (I actually still do), but the plot became so convoluted and filled w/ these unbelievable circumstances that it's just become tiresome.
Granted w/ all it's faults it at least still readable.

I don't hate it, but it could be better... I don't know. Feels like smtn is amiss... Petite girl in trouble is deffinetly my most favorite plot preferences, BUT it feels like this manga main heroine is like a kid being bullied by rich hot heads... Deffinetly the most irritating thing is mangaka isn't trying to tell us about how main characters feel. I'm not talking about standart shoujo stuff(confessions and etc), what I don't see is why the plot is twisting, but I can't relate to any characters anymore.
This manga is far from fantastic, I give up on trying to understand it. Wonder if next 6 vols will all be like this?
As for 4 first vols, they don't deserve more than 7-8points... sadly...

Somehow this reminds me of a fairy tale from when I was a child named Beauty and the Beast..It's overall storyline is excellent but the artwork needs a little improvement.
