It would be better to make another thread, because you won't get as many recs as before and it gets quite chaotic after some time...
you can also try a better structure, e.g.:

• completed or released regularly
• school life

Preferred:* cute characters

Excluded:* hentai, smut

that way it's at least easy to find your new requests.

I would like to help you, but I can only suggest a few things because I prefer to read about adults.

Seven Days - Very innocent, about two school boys, this story is often recommended. This is not my favorite, because in my opinion the story would be no different if it were about a boy and a girl, but I think you may like it.

Gravitation - Shuichi is very funny and cute. The story is yaoi, but there are few sex scenes.
