Just as the title says i want an heartwrenching romance something that will bring me to tears all preferably shoujo/josei/yaoi no yuri or maybe shounen if its really good and not to long
It needs to be a reasonable length and attention grabbing with decent art i HATE crappy art
and i like a realistic romance
anime or manga is fine
Thanks in advance 😀

Well... One of the VERY few romances that I've read:
Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan
It didn't brought me to tears... But it's sad...
[edit]
Sorry... I've just realized it's a seinen -.-''

There are two one-shots I HIGHLY recommend (that fit the category of "heart wrenching romance")
The first is Mugen Dokei http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=37598 by Ken Saitou. It is my absolute FAVORITE because it is heart wrenching.
The next is The Flower that Blooms in You http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=12093 by Mitsuya Omi. It is the third story of the anthology.
These two happen to be in my top 5 list (5 out of a LOT LOT LOT of manga) so be sure to read them!! 😀
and more importantly, they fit the description you stated
p.s If you loved Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu (like your picture), then you'll love my recommendations 😀
Bitter Virgin certainly.

I haven't read the manga, but I have seen the anime for and read the original visual novel of Clannad.
If the manga gets even close to the brilliance of the anime or the VN, then it's good. If you don't know who Visual Arts KEY are (in the VN world, they're the masters of heart wrenching romance) then suffice it to say that most of thier games are classified as "nakige". That's short for "crying game", by the way.
You can also try Kanon (MORISHIMA Petit) and Air, again by KEY. I read the Kanon VN and watched the anime, but I can't comment on the manga. It's a great plot, though. I read the Air manga a long time ago and I enjoyed it a lot. I don't remember enough to really say much else though.
Well, I hoped I helped. Good luck with your search! 🙂

kimi no iru machi is for you. It's a bit long but it has phenomenal art, great drama, it doesnt feel painfully limited to two characters like many cheap shoujo, and it has several heart-wrenching moments that don't feel at all rushed. I definitely did not regret reading it

Seconding Complex. That's really </3
Recommending Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu
and Soko ni Suwaru na, this one's yaoi and not really tearjerker but made my heart ache. </3
