Did you attend your Prom

I'm not attending, because I think its a waste of money and time. Plus, I'm just not that into parties. I'm more of a just-a-simple-reunion type of person.

I went. I don't regret going but it wasn't exactly a big memory either. I don't know, it was like going to the movies, or going to an amusement park. You spend money, you have fun a bit but it wasn't life changing.

I didn't go to the prom and had a bunch of sushi at my dad's restaurant instead. I also had a sushi-making lesson.
My friends were like "why didn't you invite me?!"
I told them they were going to prom.
"Well, if you had invited me I wouldn't have gone!!"
I laughed.
All in all, I think my Saturday was better.
Oh, I was a finalist for prom queen apparently, LOL.
Mine's next year and I'm debating on whether to go or not. It's a lot of money but it's a once-in-a-lifetime memory. Plus I love to dance, especially with an audience 😀
I think it'll depend on who's going, if my friends are I would, if they're not, I'd want to just spend a couple days with them instead hanging out at other places.
And prom's not that special unless you go to the after parties later, which I don't plan to.
Whiskey. Tango. Foxtrot.
going but no date...ill see if i like it or not

Nope.
Originally it was four girls who were going to all go together. One got a boyfriend and then the other two decided that they HAD to be with a male of some sort and promptly did so. It would have been a serious WTF moment had I cared at all.
The only thing I regret is not getting to dress up. I enjoy dressing up 😀

I'm going with my friends! The after party is what I'm really looking forward to, and IHOP at 4 AM. Woot '09! 😀

Had to go, the school decided that the prom were obligatory for the whole school, whether you wanted or not. And yes, it was just as boring as we all knew it would be. The guys were still really childish, and the girls really dull. Sitting at home staring into a wall would have been far more fun. The after party was.. well.. bad.. But somewhat passable at least since it was just the better half of our class of the slightly more lively people.
This life sucked. Where's the reset button?

Yes I did. It was fun, and then we went bowling after in our dresses!

Yes, I attended two proms (one at 16, one at 18). Both sucked.
