Hi, I'm looking for a manga where the male lead has dark skin. I'd also like a bit of romance.
Examples are Junai Tokkou Taichou!
Jackals
Jewels <-- sorta a stretch.
No BL/GL or ecchi

Pretty much every shoujo by Chiho Saitou. I'm pretty sure she has a preoccupation with ambiguously brown bishounen.
Other than the two that were mentioned, there is Revolutionary Girl Utena, First Girl, Aru Hi, Knight ni Attanara, and Chat Noir no Shippo.
