this manga is downright hillarious and i just love the main couple. but the story i feel gets a bit out of hand and too wacky..turns into a big mess. If you like this, you should definetely check out the mangaka's other series power!! it's just as hillarious.

I thought it was really cute in volume one, but it kind of turned out of control in volume two. I just didn't even want to finish volume two, it just felt like a waste of time.
The only thing I really started to like was the art, but even then it wasn't really that amazing.
Not recommended.

At first, i found this manga was hilarious...
But after 5 volumes, the story was getiing worse and worse...
It just annoying..
i have read it until volume 9 and i think the story getting better after this volume...

Absolutely hilarious. I love how the couple's love holds strong. The mangaka throws in some rivals and all that (and I really hate the girl rival) but theres always a great feeling when at the end everything's resolved. Some arcs were boring, others were cute and really good, and the longest any arc's been is 3-4 chaps so it's all good. The heroine is so violent and strong and funny and the guy's a really sweet hero (the violent and "scary"
kind but actually really cute when he gets flustered). Really good! Recommended! |

The best point in this series is character, both female and male lead is awesome, strong heroin but still is very cute and the side character is also lovable.
Besides, it hilarious, nice draw and and is enjoyable to both guys and girls. (It's one of very few shoujo I read)
But as the other ppl mention below, the storyline is not really good, from volume 3 the story keep dragging. A guy or girl suddenly show up to interfere the relationship then... .... then they come back to together. They keep repeating this kind of story a lot of time times and there is no real development. Overall, it's not that bad, the story is still funny and Chiemi and Hirata is still very lovely but I expected more than that.
Anyway, I love it, hope that there will be better development in the next vol 
NOTE: I just want to mention that Hirata and Chiemi also appear in her other popular manga "Power!!" in chapter 32-33, check it if u like

| 1st volume was great and even the 2nd and the 3rd almost , ...but by the 4th, it was like every shoujo manga's template followed...I feel so betrayed after loving this manga so much... Spoiler (highlight to view) the jealous vindictive one sided love girl who uses any means necessary to break them up...and when are they EVER going to stop using obsessed women pursuing guys by any means necessary?...its fun for a few times but there are at least more than a dozen mangas that have an obsessive woman trying to hurt the bishie's girlfriend....volume 4 is so hugely disappointing that I wish this manga ended in the 3rd volume with that silly girl's part cut out.. ...

I have to agree. It started nice but then other bishounens started popping up trying to break the relationship and it started to suck.
Mangakas should learn that love trinagles and other giometrical figures are not needed for a good manga. In fact those just kills the fun because there are just such overdose of this element in shoujo that it makes one want to puke.
This manga started to seriously suck in the later volumes. Too bad since it started really well, but later was turned into a crap. |

I absolutely adore Seino Shizuru, her talent for comedy of this calibre is as rare as hen's teeth. This is truly, pee your pants, rip-snorting, tummy-hurting funny. And best of all, her characters are not the typical weak, clingy, nice typecast shoujo heroines that 99% of shoujo mangas have.
Just as a sidenote, I also own the Tokyopop mangas and as a compliment to the scanlation teams who have worked on this manga, I prefer their versions...their translations are funnier!

From the very first chapter Junai Tokkou Taichou was and still is Awe-Worthy; with hilarious expressions, eyes-wide fighting scenes, EXCELLANT art, The Over-Protective Dad Of All Over-Protective Dads and lovey-dovey scenes that just make you go 'awwww'- You can't POSSIBLY not like this!!
