Hana Kimi is one of my favorite Manga and I recently stumbled upon the Japanese drama. When I was reading the manga I was a definite fan of the Sano Mizuki pairing but in the drama I found myself rooting for Nakatsu. Has that ever happened to anyone else? Has your favorite pairing changed when the story is in a different medium?

My question isn't so much as do you think manga should be made into anime or drama or Which live action/drama/anime made from manga are good. The question is, have your thoughts on a manga changed after seeing the storyline in another medium? Such as your favorite pairing changing.
