I can't remember the name of this manga, its yaoi and there's this guy who's a burglar or something and kills a woman, then this woman's boyfriend takes the guy to live with him. During the time they live together the killer is being captive though he could escape but he has nowhere to go.
I can't remember much, at the end the second guy asks the killer if he is his most important person (or something like that) and when he says yes he kills himself (the one whose girlfriend was killed) so the other one can understand what he went through.
I really suck at explaining things, sorry. I hope someone knows this manga.

As for the manga ... I remember reading something similar to this recently (Maybe a week ago or so), but I can't remember which thread or what it was called. I know I placed it in my wish list, but ... that's too long to check. Sorry I couldn't help out more with finding it.
