This may sound kind of odd...but what I'm looking for is a yaoi with the pairing of a big "bear man" (older, muscley, kinda hairy) seme with a sweet innocent-looking uke. Like White Rabbit and Lion in Animal Company.

I think you will like Hachimitsu Darling. The main character even thinks of the other man as a "bear". It's shounen-ai not full-out yaoi, though, so it may not be what you want.
