In love with someone else

Hi Guys!
I feel like there are SO SO SO many of these - but I'm drawing a brain fart right now 😕
Looking for a manga where the main lead is dating (or in a serious relationship with) someone but they (he or she, doesn't matter) is still in love with their ex. Since they think there's just no way in hell that things between them and their ex will work out, they're trying super hard to make the relationship that they are in work, even though it's really hard sometimes.
I'm okay with manga where the main lead winds up with their ex again, BUT I think it would be far more interesting to read a manga where the protagonist works through their issues and eventually gets over their ex and actually moves on properly with the partner they're currently in a relationship with. I want to read about a relationship that really just perseveres and survives.
Anyone have any bright ideas? 😀
Please and thanks!

Hm.. not exactly an 'ex' per se, but like he's litterally in love with this othsr girl despite agreeing/practically misleading the main lead into dating him.... if i remember correctly anyway. its being a while... Koi Shitagari no Blue

Ao Haru Ride! If you haven't read it yet, you should definitely go for it. It's one of my favourite shoujo manga!
Edit: the ex is actually a childhood friend, but they were in love with each other when they were little

OOO I've read that one. It is quite good - but I don't think it fits the bill because she isn't exactly dating someone when she reconnects with her ex right?

Both male leads date a girl at some point while still being in love with the female lead.

Thanks! Both of these sound good. I'm going to check them out =)
