I want to try some dark action comedies

I'm in a mood for an action comedy manga. Here's what I want:
- modern, sci-fi, or post-apocalyptic setting; preferably with the main theme being something related to crime
- filled with adrenaline-pumping, over the top action
- tons of violence, as gory as it gets; the violence has to be portrayed in a morbidly funny way, though and not a cruel, shocking one
- completely over the top, batshit insane characters
- dark humor with clever jokes
- doesn't take itself seriously at any point
- good artstyle with character proportions closer to realistic; basically as far from "modern anime" style as possible
- [OPTIONAL] heavy fanservice and/or ecchi; can be borderline H
Any recommendations? Finished manga only, please. Thanks in advance.

Murciélago is everything you want... except the art bit...
EDIT: Or the finished part... (Sorry , missed that last one.)
~4400 manga completed
~1700 ongoing...

Setting aside artstyle, where I'm not sure it fits what you want, Bakune Young.
You might also be interested in Stop the Bitch Campaign and Blaster Knuckle (the latter only if you can bend on the modern setting).

The artstyle's fine. I basically just didn't want the "every modern anime ever" look. It also seems to fit more or less perfectly, so I'm definitely gonna check it out. .

The first one might be worth checking out, but I don't know about the other one. Blaster Knuckle's premise seems ridiculous enough, but tonally it seems to be more on par with Berserk, or Claymore.
Thanks for the recs.

The only thing I can think of that sort of almost fits is Franken Fran. It's fairly gory (from what I remember) but there's not much over-the-top action, and I'm not sure the artstyle is what you want...
Maybe The Voynich Hotel? Again, the artstyle is fairly cartoonish, and the action is... questionable, but it definitely has gore and humor.
There's other sort of funny, dark action-y stuff that could possibly fit but most of them tend to take themselves too seriously. (Fire Punch, for instance, has moments of comedy but ultimately tries too hard.) Litchi Hikari Club is also one of those "not-quite-action but definitely gory enough" outings, though it also might take itself too seriously for your liking.
