Not really, tho I grew up on the stories of Sun Wukong

Anyway.....hmmm....Even with all the exaggeration of truth. How did Jesus impress so many people anyway?

i believe that the only way to get world piece is to do something that Hitler tryed to do but my way is much different. this is my plan.

  1. get rid of all religion
  2. get rid of all ethnic groups and make 1 ethnic group. ex. look at the episode of south park when the people came from the future they were all speaking 1 language and all had the same skin color some kind of blend of all skin colors.

how does this relate to Hitler i don't know how does this relate to the topic of Jesus being a cool guy i don't know but i do know one thing i love the way i think on shrooms

first of all Hitler was a Catholic, and second of all how izu typin all this on shrooms?

lol it was very difficult... my fingers kept merging with the keyboard

Jesus was an Arab, so I couldn't hang out with him even if he was a cool guy because he wouldn't even be able to get to America today without getting some special treatment for airport security. And if I was middle eastern I sure wouldn't come here unless I absolutely had to.

Jesus was a Jew, not an Arab. He was not born on the Arabian Peninsula, he was born in Palestine. Middle Eastern, yes, arab, no.

And your post is incredibly ignorant and biased as well.

Ok, firstly Arab is perfectly acceptable term for those of middle eastern descent and culture. Secondly, I am hardly biased looking at US' current relations with the middle east in general. And to be perfectly honest, most voting Americans are far more ignorant of the situation than I am. Arab does not refer to any particular religion as your above post seemed to suggest. So I submit that you sir are the ignorant one, though I do admit that I am bais.

AX, jesus was born in ISRAEL, which is the country i am living in now, and no, israely ppl are not considered arabs, tho some of the citizen groups here (islam and christians) are.

also, i see no problem (except maybe economical problem, since i have no job yet) to visit the US, so wtf is with the comment about "I sure wouldn't come here unless I absolutely had to"?

I'm sorry to tell you this but isreal is part of the middle east, and in Jesus' time your country was very much a part of the Arab world.

The problem is mostly the veiw point of the more ignorant Americans (of which there are many) towards those from the middle east, though perhaps within the last year or so public perception has improved.

As I stated, I was using the term Arab to refer those of a particular culture, which although the Roman empire was vast, still included Palestine.

the culture here in tha time was absolutely roman. only years later it reverted to some of its origins, and currently the culture here is one big culture salad.
if i were you, i wouldnt talk about things i know nothing about, or argue with ppl who know more than you do about their own country!

You clearly don't know the meaning of culture, or you'd understand what the nice people are trying to explain to you. Basically, Israelis have a different culture from Arabs, and are therefore a separate people, although they are geographically close.

Ok, tsuto, I have been nothing but consistent, I am sorry if you couldn't follow. Also, although I don't think I should be berated for referring to Jesus as an Arab, because he was in fact from palestine, which was for many years an Arab country, I'm apologize if it offended you. Furthermore, in the original post I was only pointing out the fact the Jesus was not Caucasian, a fact, to my own dismay, would probably not be very well received in many parts of the world.

x0mbie, you shouldn't join in because that statement was just wrong. The area known as Israel today was an Arab area for centuries, though there were conflicts within. I agree Israel of today is its own unique nation.

Yeah....I'm just going to report you now.....

Back on topic.

Why do people name their kids Jesus? Isn't that....blasphemous?

P.S.: See stealth? It wasn't me this time.
