Not Equal
If you don't mind incest.
It's a sonxdad relationship that isn't physically abusive. I don't remember there being any rape as well.
There's an old saying my late grandma taught me. When you're ten, they call you prodigy. When you're fifteen, they call you a genius. Once you hit twenty, you're just an ordinary person. About three years until I'm ordinary. Man... I can't wait to be ordinary.

Try anything by Mishima Kazuhiko though. She has like shorter/older ukes and younger semes usually ^^
Also read Kawaii Akuma
Summary: Really super cute uke guy turns out to be a manly seme
Only the Ring finger knows (this is SO cute)
Summary: At Wataru Fujii's high school, it's all the rage to wear paired rings with the girl you love. Wataru wears one though he is single, and one day inadvertently discovers that his ring pairs up with that of tall, handsome and smart Yuichi Kazuki, the senior classman idolized by the entire school. Though Kazuki has a reputation for being kind to all, when dealing with Wataru, he is strangely harsh. Their paired rings somehow draw them together and the two alternately clash and attract, as they must sort out their budding feelings for each other.
Yokubou Shounen, short seme tall uke, first story and second story

Ootsuki Miu often has the short seme/tall uke dynamics, as in Paradise Baby.
Yoneda Kou often has manly seme/mainly uke, as in Doushitemo Furetakunai, Reply or her Crows ZERO dj - Borderless.
Manly uke and seme in anything by Sadahiro Mika too; check Under Grand Hotel or Surf Junkie.
SHOOWA is a little traditional in terms of art - manly seme, smaller, cute uke, gorgeous all the same - but her plots are not cliché at all, especially in Koujitsusei no Tobira, Non Tea Room (the second story) and maybe Jin to Neko wa Yobu to Konai.
In Junketsu Drop they both feel like the uke.
I'm guessing this new manga I just found, Stranger by KUKU Hayate; they are both pretty manly guys and it's about cowboys so.... can't wait for an update :3
Someone mentioned Last Client. Well, I totally second that, even though it won't ever be finished.
And I'll update if I remember some more 🤣
It's the Art of Time, it's the Art of Life--
Of the player and the craftsman,
Of the writer of songs, of the creator of love,
Of those who will follow, of those who led,
There's no other way in the world ahead ♥
