If was definitely going somewhere nice (anywhere but hell)... I'd go with one you didn't include. Use a suicide bag. Lack of oxygen may cause hallucinations, until you pass out. Eventually the lack of oxygen causes the brain to shutdown. One of the more peaceful and painless ways to go. Considering none of the ones you mentioned are to pleasant.
In all honesty though I would prefer to live. Maybe try and kill some demons or save people... make my death mean something.

If they come, i would fight. It's much more fun than suicide.

but if I have to die however I fight the demons, I want to i get killed instantly with a Kamehameha shot or stab by a holy sword of demon or something like that.

i would certainly prefer kill than to be killed, especially if the one to be killed deserve it.
if there is no other choice, an overdose of hypnotic drug might be good
