I have Nodame Cantabile RAW up to volume 16 in Indonesian. It's surprising ne, because in the US it hasn't reach up to that volume. Japanese comics had been distributed since 1985, it's widely known and really popular here.

Anyways, I can't do the job by myself of course so I need:

2 Typesetters
2 Proofreaders

I think I can help with the typesetting. But we would have to discuss a time schedule when school comes. Also, are you going to start from v1?

Umm we'll start from volume 7, because BYAAAH has scanlated up to volume 5, and I think they are working on volume 6 right now.

We'll talk about the time schedule after we got someone to do the cleaning 🙂

i would like to either do proof reading or editing, if you are interested, please contact me via email, and the english release of volume 9 has recently been released, so starting at volume 9 would be better, just in my point of view 🙂

I wouldn't mind doing editing, but since you've separated it into cleaning and typesetting, I'd prefer to do cleaning. Are you planning to edit the SFX as well? If yes, is redrawing the cleaner or typesetter's job? Also, could you give a preview of the scan quality?

Same with what liquid_heel has mentioned, i would like to do cleaning but it depends on the quality of the scan. I can redraw, improve the quality image by adjusting the exposer and color, while cropping and cleaning, including speech bubbles with the softwares that i have right now.
If this is what you want for a cleaner, ill be happy to do it instead of typsetting.

So just tell me which one you prefer for me to do for the time being. 🙂

Um if you want to start from where hasn't been scanned in English then you should start at vol 10. Cause del rey already released vol. 9 so it can be purchased and I'm sure someone scanned it already and put it on the net. Del rey is also releasing volume 10 in july so if you want a good place to start it would be volume ten. I would also help you but I am busy at the moment and already am behind on some prior engagements (damn deadlines editing is tiring work give us a break).

Oh very nice shoes by the way but aren't they supposed to be ivory. And the dress reminds me of something too. I would also help you with general editing I can redraw doubles if you like and let the other guys do the tedious, hand paralysing, eye popping, back breaking work. 🤣

About the typesetting, is it alright if I can have a copy of the raw as well as the cleaned ones? (assuming I'm in the project) If I can look at the raw, I can get a feel of the conversation. That way I can use more appropriate fonts as well as placing and stuff.

Also, to tell you the truth, I'm not very experienced so you can test me if you want to.
