I'd recomend anything from Yamane Ayano. Her artwork is gorgeous, making it hard to pick just who is the hottest, and her works suits a variety of tastes. Viewfinder is a hard yaoi, but then there is Crimson Spell that is a bit of a love story. She has other works, mostly short ones, that are really good too.

Oo I remembered another author, Tateno Makoto. She did Presentiment and if I remember right, there is a bit of blackmail. One character wants the other character's body for payment. There is rape in one of the chapters, just to warn you.

well i kinda (sometimes) enjoy to read a nice yaoi story that has depth, not just barely intoduce the characters and skipp smex. Now a days their are better yaoi stories then their are smut stories since their running out. I personally love the drama in the stories and LOVE really well drawed art even though men are more manly instead of girly but i still like it better if it has a male filling in for the female 😀
