Just as the title says, can anyone give me a manga with a strong female lead character but has heart problem or serious illness?
Her sickness should be part of the plot too.
Note: Please No Yaoi, Yuri, Shounen Ai, Shoujo Ai. [I'm not homophobic or anything....]
I prefer Shoujo but shounen will do as long as there are not a lot of fighting.
Thre MUST be ROMANCE in it <3

Booking life...the main character is a guy but the heroine has a heart disease and wants the main character to die so she can have his heart.
Evergreen....again main character is a guy and he has a really serious heart problem. Romance is in it as well

Booking life sounds nice.... I'll try Evergreen, I'm not really looking for the main guy as the one who has the sickness but oh well, I've read it and it sounds nice..

Hoshi no samidare has very strong female lead if you mean physically, and later on you'll see that it fits your other requirement too

Yeah - I would also recommend Heaven's Door (HONGOU Ranko) - Even if the story may be sad, it's told quite amazingly and worth reading, at least I think so. 😃
